Fortnite story

Pokimane began streaming as a hobby in 2012, but only started streaming League of Legends when she reached platinum elo, at which point she decided to create a new Tiwtch account. Soon afterwards, she began streaming more consistantly as a way to cope with some stressful events in her own life.

Her channel took off well and she was soon earning enough money for her to get by without a part-time job and eventually dropped out of her Engineering Degree in 2016 to pursue streaming fulltime. She began streaming Fortnite content in addition to LoL content in March 2018, after she received some lessons on how to play from Myth.
